Made by SoliVana, a brand of Inner Light Wellness LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Made by SoliVana”), operates a portfolio of consumer software products including Last Wish, Vault Wealth IQ, Bioenergetics Voice Scan, MTHFR IQ, InnerView (face/tongue wellness pattern observation), PetView (gentle photo-based pet observation), and SoliVana Sleep. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 4 below for the full list of your rights and how to exercise them.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what each product needs to function:
- Account information — your name, email address, and a hashed passphrase when you create an account in any of our products.
- Payment information — payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. We retain only a transaction reference (the last four digits of your card and a Stripe customer ID) for receipts and refund handling.
- Product-specific content — letters, financial balances, voice-scan PDFs, quiz answers, or DNA files that you upload while using a product. This content is private to your account.
- Technical data — anonymized request logs, browser type, and approximate region. Used only for security and uptime monitoring.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the product you purchased.
- To process payments, issue receipts, and handle refund requests.
- To send transactional emails (password resets, receipts, report delivery). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.
- To detect fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party processors
We use a small number of vendors to operate our products. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and only handles data necessary for their stated function:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic — AI inference for AI-powered features (e.g., MTHFR IQ reports, Bioenergetics interpretations, InnerView and PetView photo observations). Anthropic does not train its models on data we send via the API and retains inputs only briefly for abuse monitoring (typically up to 30 days). Image data submitted to InnerView and PetView is sent to Anthropic for analysis and is processed in the United States.
- Vercel and Railway — hosting and infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. This includes rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To exercise these rights, email info@solivana.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will respond within 30 days.
5. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Scan results and uploaded photo thumbnails are retained while your account is active so you can review history. After an account is deleted, content is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records). To delete your account and all associated data, email info@solivana.com.
EU/UK transfers: data processed by Anthropic and our hosting providers may be transferred to and stored in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for personal data transferred from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom.
6. Security
Account passphrases are stored hashed using bcrypt. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not have access to your passphrase and cannot recover it if you forget it — only reset it.
7. Children
Our products are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. AI disclosure
Some of our products use artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate reports, interpretations, and recommendations. AI output is informational and educational — it is not medical, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional for personal decisions.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post any updates to this page and revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
