We want you to feel confident about every purchase. This page describes refund and cancellation terms for each of our Products. All payments are processed by Stripe, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscription products
Last Wish — Personal ($99/yr) and Family ($249/yr)
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. Cancel from your account settings or email us within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel renewal at any time to prevent future charges.
Last Wish — Lifetime ($599)
Lifetime purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
Vault Wealth IQ ($29/mo or $299/yr)
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and is billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($299/yr) as selected.
Paid subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first paid charge. After 30 days, subscription charges already collected are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time from account settings to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Scan credit packs (InnerView, PetView)
Starter Pack ($4.99 — 10 scans) and Pro Pack ($9.99 — 100 scans)
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used credits — those tied to a scan that was already analyzed — are non-refundable, since each scan triggers a paid AI inference at the moment it’s run.
To request a refund of unused credits, email info@solivana.com with your purchase email and the Stripe receipt. We refund the unused portion to your original payment method.
InnerView Unlimited / PetView Unlimited ($19.99/mo)
Monthly subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first paid charge. After 14 days, charges already collected are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
To cancel an Unlimited subscription before in-app cancellation is available, email info@solivana.com from the email address used at purchase. We confirm cancellation within 24 hours.
One-time digital services
Bioenergetics Voice Scan ($79)
Because the Voice Scan is a one-time digital interpretation delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are issued only in these cases:
- The report failed to generate or was never delivered to your email within 24 hours of purchase.
- You were charged in error (duplicate transaction, accidental purchase).
Email info@solivana.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. We do not refund completed reports based on dissatisfaction with content, since the report is generated using your unique scan data.
Free products
MTHFR IQ is a free educational assessment. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.
How to request a refund
Email info@solivana.com with:
- The email address used at purchase
- The Product name
- The approximate date and amount of the charge
- The reason for the request
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing question or concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We can usually resolve issues directly and faster than the chargeback process.
California subscribers
Per California Business and Professions Code Section 17602, you may cancel an automatically renewing subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours.
