These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the software products operated by Made by SoliVana, a brand of Inner Light Wellness LLC, including but not limited to: Last Wish, Vault Wealth IQ, Bioenergetics Voice Scan, MTHFR IQ, InnerView, PetView, and SoliVana Sleep (each a “Product”).
By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@solivana.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and one-time purchases
Some Products are sold as recurring subscriptions; others as one-time purchases. Pricing for each Product is shown at the point of sale. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
California subscribers: per California Business and Professions Code Section 17602, you may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@solivana.com. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products.
- Use the Products to harm, defame, or violate the rights of others.
- Upload malware, scrape data at scale, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Products, including all software, designs, copy, AI prompts, and brand elements, are the intellectual property of Inner Light Wellness LLC. You retain ownership of content you upload (letters, financial data, voice scans, quiz answers, DNA files). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Product on your behalf.
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
Some Products use artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate reports, recommendations, and interpretations. AI output is informational and educational only — not medical, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional before acting on AI-generated suggestions.
7. Health and wellness disclaimer
Wellness-oriented Products (Bioenergetics Voice Scan, MTHFR IQ, InnerView, SoliVana Sleep) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. The FDA has not evaluated any statements or products described.
PetView is not veterinary advice. PetView is a photo-based observation tool for pet owners. Its output is informational only and is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian. If your pet shows signs of illness, injury, pain, or behavioral change, consult a licensed veterinarian.
8. Financial disclaimer
Vault Wealth IQ is a personal organization and tracking tool. It is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the Product constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice.
9. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a Product at any time. If we discontinue a paid Product, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription on a prorated basis.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner Light Wellness LLC (operating as Made by SoliVana), its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Products. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Light Wellness LLC (operating as Made by SoliVana) from any claims arising from your misuse of the Products or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
